How to choose a photo for your pet portrait

Start with a clear face

Choose a sharp photograph in natural light. Keep the eyes, ears and full face visible. Avoid heavy filters, motion blur or objects covering the face.

One photograph for each pet

Single-pet pieces require at least one photograph. Two-pet pieces require a photograph of each pet. Upload up to five JPG, PNG or WebP files, no more than 8 MB each, on the product page.

Check your personalization

Enter the pet’s name exactly as you want it printed. Dates and a short message are optional. Check the product description for material, size and what is included.

Review the design before production

We prepare a digital preview for your approval. Production usually takes about three days after approval; eligible local delivery is estimated at three to seven business days after production. Your review time is additional.
