How do I personalize a pet portrait?
Choose a product, enter your pet’s name and any optional dates or message, then upload your photos on the product page before adding it to your cart. Check the required photo count for your chosen product.
Which photo formats can I upload?
Upload JPG, PNG or WebP files, up to 8 MB per file and up to five photos. Use a sharp, well-lit photograph with the pet’s full face visible. Two-pet pieces require a photo of each pet.
Do I approve the design before printing?
Yes. We prepare a design preview for approval before printing these personalized pieces. Production usually takes about three days after artwork approval. Time spent reviewing the preview is additional.
Where do the current products ship?
The current personalized collection ships within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii are outside our sales and delivery area. Checkout verifies availability for the delivery address.
How much is local delivery?
Eligible local orders of US$59.90 or more ship free. Otherwise, the first 500g costs US$9.90 and each additional 500g costs US$5.00, rounded up. Eligibility depends on product settings; the final quote is shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Eligible local delivery is estimated at three to seven business days after production. Production time and your design-approval time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Can I return a personalized product?
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons. For damage, quality issues or an incorrect item, contact support within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. See the full returns policy.
How do I check an order or get help?
