Your personalized order

Choose a piece, upload your pet photos, and check names, dates and messages before checkout. We prepare a design preview for your approval before printing. Production usually takes about 3 days after artwork approval; delivery estimates apply after production.

Prices and payment

Checkout charges are calculated in US dollars. Review the product subtotal, delivery charge and final total before confirming. Creating an order does not complete payment. Complete payment on the provider’s secure page; the order is confirmed when the central order system verifies payment.

Shipping and after-sales

Available destinations and final shipping costs are confirmed at checkout. Eligible local delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after production. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons. Read our returns and refunds policy for damage, quality issues and incorrect items.

Keep your order number and checkout email. Check status on order tracking or contact us. Do not submit payment twice while a payment confirmation is pending.
